Daily affirmations that helped me with mania and depression

– These are some of the daily affirmations I read out loud during the depths of my depression after my manic episode. They helped carry me through it to the other side.

  • Be positive, be confident, do your best
  • I accept you, I appreciate you, I love you.
  • I am filled with gratitude for the wonders of life.
  • I am going to have a great day. 
  • I choose happiness and love.
  • I move forward one step at a time. 
  • Now isn’t forever.
  • I surrender and accept things the way they are.
  • I forgive myself for mistakes I made. 
  • I look forward with confidence and clarity. 
  • I’m grateful for companionship.
  • I let fear and doubt pass and fade.
  • I find beauty in the present.
